I am a professional Software Enginer and Engineering Manager from Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. I live with my amazing wife, our two beautiful children, and Charley (a.k.a. "Charles Barker", our Beagle mix)
My favorite programming languages are Python, Scala, Go, and JavaScript/React. I also have broad experience with many other languages, tools, and technologies.
Recently I have dedicated much of my time to being a better Gopher. I enjoy Go for creating flexible and scalable microservices.
I advocate the use of an agile philosophy for coordinated work. Agile processes have been a part of my professional life for over ten years.
